1.This little boy is my motivation in life. I want to change the world around because of him. He is the reason I wake up every morning and go to work. Whenever I have had a bad day and come home to his smile, it just turns my day back around!!
2. The smallest things in life can make a child smile. When you hug them, or just acknowledge they have accomplished a great thing. If only adults were the same way, our world would be such a better place. The imagination that children have is incredible. When I look at these pictures it motivates me to make a difference!
3. I love this children’s book. I am a big fan of the doctor Suess books. They are so inspirational. I choose this book because this story teaches a lesson of responsibility and persistence will be rewarded

Hi Karen! I really like this entry! So glad we'll be in class together. You seem to be filled with a lot of joy and excitement. My son is now 17 years old but I do remember how awesome it was to see his bright smile at the end of a difficult day...you are right, it lights up the room and your heart!
ReplyDeleteHave you seen the Horton Hatches a Who movie? I haven't but I do love the book!
Lovely picture of your family. Isn't it a beautiful thing when our children can motivate and inspire us as parents. By the I love cat in the hat. When my son was little, he loved cat in the hat so much, he wore it as a costume for halloween. I also love the photos. I love looking at pictures they give a story without words.
